Pam Swanner is a Broker Senior Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Lakehaven, Realtors. Being a native of Franklin County but residing in Winnsboro and graduating from Winnsboro High School has given her the opportunity to observe first hand the continued growth of Cypress Springs, Bob Sandlin, Lake Fork, and the surrounding communities.
Ms. Swanner became a licensed Texas Realtor in 1981. She holds the Certified Home Marketing Specialist designation, the Certified Residential Specialst designation, the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, and the coveted Accredited Buyer Representative designation--which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. She has also been recognized as Realtor of the Year by the Greater Tyler Board of Realtors.
As a member of the Lonestar Statesman's Club, Ms. Swanner has been selected to join the Coldwell Banker's International President's Circle. This designation is among the higher accolades presented to the top ten sales associates in the Coldwell Banker organization. She is a standing member in Coldwell Banker's Circle of Honor.
Ms. Swanner holds a devout committment to one-on-one service to each and every seller and buyer with a philosophy to develop long term client relationships. Her greatest satisfaction comes from making each transaction the best possible and knowing that all parties have placed their trust in her. She also enjoys closing transactions for first time home buyers, and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to have the American Dream!
Presently, Ms. Swanner serves on the Winnsboro Center for Arts Capital Campaign Committee which will help facilitate a new Performance Hall for the WCA on the Bowery.
